You do not need to be in great shape to start training in MMA. We provide options for students of all fitness levels in our programs, which are created to assist students in increasing their physical fitness.
Yes, we have programs and classes specifically designed to help students prepare for competition. Our experienced instructors can provide guidance on training and nutrition, and we also offer sparring and other competitive opportunities for students who are interested in testing their skills in a competitive setting.
Yes, we accept newcomers and offer options for learners of all abilities. Our knowledgeable instructors are dedicated to assisting students in moving forward at their own pace and will offer tailored attention and direction as necessary.
We offer a variety of martial arts styles at Uprising MMA, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle wrestling and Judo. We also offer classes in MMA for advanced practitioners.
We offer the following programs :Striking (includes boxing, Muay Thai, Bag class , Sparring, and strength and conditioning),Grappling (including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling, Judo and strength and conditioning), and Unlimited (access to all classes available in your age group).
Yes, we offer classes for beginners of all ages. Our instructors are skilled at teaching the fundamentals of martial arts to students of all skill levels.
Yes, we offer private lessons for individuals or small groups who want personalized instruction. These lessons can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
Yes, we have a kids’ program that is designed to help children build self-confidence, discipline, and focus through martial arts training. Our kids’ classes are available year-round.
