We wanted to share an update with you directly because you’ve been such an important part of our community.
As some of you may have already heard, there will be a few changes to the schedule due to a personal situation involving Coach Mike. We believe in being open with you, so please know that this is a difficult and sensitive matter—one that is truly out of our control right now, and one that weighs on all of us.
After careful thought, Mike has made the very hard decision to step away from teaching at Uprising for the time being, so he can focus on resolving personal challenges. We don’t know whether or when he might return, but we want you to know that we respect his choice and fully support him.
We also feel it’s important to be clear that we have never had any issues or conflicts with Coach Mike. In fact, our relationship has always been built on mutual respect and support. That said, our commitment to you remains the same: we will continue to provide the high level of care, consistency, and quality you’ve come to expect from Uprising. We’re here for you, and we’ll make sure you feel supported through this transition. We will have updates around our curriculum, promotions, and competition trainings soon. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions.
